Our COVID Policy

Please do not visit if you have signs or symptoms of Covid 19.  This includes, but is not limited to sore throat, new persistent cough, fever, loss of smell or taste.  If you develop symptoms within a few days of visiting the centre please let us know so that we can make the relevant notifications to Public Health England.
As from the 19th of July the legal requirement on the wearing of maks becomes optional. We will respect the decision of each person in their choice of what they do, we ask all customers to do the same. We ask hands are washed at the sinks in the entrance area before entry.
We ask visitors select a table and use that for the duration of their stay.  There is a QR code and Track and a Trace slip on the counter should anyone wish to leave their details. Any information is kept securely for 21 days and then destroyed.
To reduce congestion at the counter we ask that one person place any food or drink orders and we will bring this to the table.  It is not possible to consume your own food or drink.
Hand sanitiser if clearly available around the Centre.  Please use this regularly.
Enhanced cleaning is undertaken at the end of each day to minimise the risk from Covid 19.
